二、请求条件 application requirement
1. 国籍、安康情况
nationality& health condition
外国籍公民，持有外国护照，身体安康。
foreign citizens, have foreign passport, in good physical and mental health.
2. 年纪、学术布景
age& academic background
硕士研讨生请求者年纪须在40周岁以下 , 持有本科学位学历证书。
applicants who apply for the master’s degree must be under 40 years old and have the valid bachelor’s degree certificate.
博士研讨生请求者年纪须在45周岁以下，持有硕士学位学历证书。
applicants who apply for the ph.d. degree must be under 45 years old and have the valid master’s degree certificate.
注：有些优良学生年纪可恰当放宽。
notice: the age of some outstanding applicants can be enlarged appropriately.
3. 请求人应有较强的科学研讨水平
applicants should have strong capacity in scientific research.
4. 言语需求 language requirements
汉语水平需要在hsk四级或以上；hskk证书（中级及以上）。
hsk level ≥4 or hskk certificate (intermediate or above)

四、请求材料 application documents
请求人须在长春中医药大学世界学生在线效能体系
（https://ccucm.17gz.org/member/login.do）报名并提交以下请求材料：
applicants should complete and submit the following documents in the online application system:
1. 入学请求表（网上填写后主动生成）https://ccucm.17gz.org/member/login.do

2. 《外国人体魄查看表》复印件（原件自行保存）
鉴于查当作果有用期为6个月，请请求人据此断定体检时刻并带着原件到校签到
a copy of physical examination form (the original shall be kept by yourself). since the examination result is valid for 6 months, please determine the time for the examination according to it. please bring the original to the school
3. 最高学历证明
（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文译著，应届结业生须提交预结业证明，被选择后需补交最高学历复印件）
highest school diploma (in chinese/english or notarized in chinese/english, fresh graduates must submit the pre-graduation certificate and a copy of the highest diploma)
4. 成果单（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文译著）
academic trans (in chinese/english or notarized in chinese/english )
5. 自个陈述
（自个陈述有必要用中文或英文书写；内容包括：毛遂自荐、学习阅历及来华学习意图；字数不少于800字。）
personal statement (self-introduction, studying experiences and a study plan should be included in chinese language/english language, no less than 800 words)
6. 汉语水平才能证明
（请求人汉语水平须抵达hsk4级，hsk未达4级者需在我校补习一年汉语。）

1.我国政府奖学金
chinese government scholarship program
（1）报名截止日期：2023年4月5日
application deadline: 5 april, 2023
（2）招生目标：硕士研讨生、博士研讨生
admission target: master’s degree candidate, phd students
（3）学制和奖学金标准
duration and standard of the scholarship
（4）请求资历 eligibility
①非我国籍公民，身体安康；
non-chinese citizens, in good physical and mental health
②到2023年9月1日，来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年纪不跨越35周岁；来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年纪不跨越40周岁；
up to 1 september, 2023, applicants who apply for the master’s scholarship should get their bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old; applicants who apply for the ph.d. scholarship should get their master’s degree and be under 40 years old
③成果优良，科研才能杰出，汉语hsk4级或以上;
applicants should have good academic marks and have outstanding capacity in scientific research; hsk≥level 4
④非其他奖学金获得者。without winning other scholarships.
（5）请求材料 application documents required
请求人有必要照实填写和提交以下请求材料：
applicants should complete and submit the following application documents:
①《我国政府奖学金请求表》

a copy of foreigner’s physical examination form(the original should be kept by yourself)
③经过公证的最高学历证明（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文译著，应届结业生须提交预结业证明）

④本科或硕士期间悉数课程的成果单原件（中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文译著）
original academic trans of all master’s degree or phd courses. (documents in languages other than chinese or english must be attached with notarized chinese or english translations)
⑤两名教授或副教授的举荐信（中文或英文）
two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors(in chinese/english)
⑥来华学习或研讨方案，请求人有必要提交用中文或英文书写来华学习或研讨方案(硕士不少于800字，博士不少于1500字）
a study plan in english or chinese(no less than 800 words for master’s degree; no less than 1500 words for phd)
⑦研讨作用，已宣告的论文、获奖证书等可以证明自个学业作用和研讨才能的材料

第2步：结束留学基金委来华留学网上报名后，打印体系主动生成的《我国政府奖学金请求表》，依照“请求材料”清单的需求预备相应材料
step 2: after completing the online application of the china scholarship council, print the application form for the chinese government scholarship which the system automatically generates, and prepare related documents according to the requirements of the list of “application documents”
第3步：邮递一切请求材料至长春中医药大学世界学生招生单位
step 3: mail all application documents to the international student admission office of changchun university of chinese medicine
（7）选择和入学 admission and entrance
第一步：审阅请求材料，经过材料审阅后，招生单位将组织有关专家进行网络或现局势试。究竟选择成果将在7月15日支配发布（具体时刻以国家留学基金打点委员会告诉为准）
step 1: applicants will be selected according to the application documents and interview. the first selection result will be seen in late april. the final result will be seen on 15 july or so (see the china scholarship council’s notice)
第二步：入学时刻为每年9月15日之前，具体时刻以《入学告诉书》为准
step 2:the registration deadline is 15 september 2023 (see the admission notice)
2. 吉林省政府奖学金 jilin government scholarship
（1）报名截止日期：2023年5月30日。
application deadline: may 30, 2023
（2）招生目标：硕士研讨生
admission target: master’s degree
