温州医科大学精力医学高级研讨院和晚年研讨院首席科学家。曾任多伦多大学精力病学系神经科学和临床转化医学部的教授、联合主任，多伦多大学成瘾和精力安康中心(camh)高档科学家和分子神经科学实验室的担任人，多伦多大学tapscott精力割裂症研讨讲席教授。刘芳院士从事精力疾病基础、临床与转化研讨20 余年，在精力疾病发病机制、生物标志物、药物开发及医治研讨获得了一系列世界抢先的、打破性的自创性作用。在nature, cell, neuron, nature medicine等声威期刊宣告近百篇学术论文，h 指数64；获世界专利授权8 项。近五年在《neuropsychopharmacology》《journal of clinical investigation》等声威期刊宣告学术论文近40篇。
