课程介绍 introduction
同济大学世界研讨生城市方案课程已持续15年开设，本次课程重视老龄化布景下城市更新的课题，当今社会的老龄化疑问其实是全龄的疑问，这也是在全国老龄化程度最高的上海行政区–虹口区进行城市更新方案的题中应有之意。
本课程以海上源项目作为专题研讨，在山阴路前史文明容颜区及周边区域打造上海城市新手刺。课程从社会布景研讨下手，联系社会学分析，社会调研，引导学习城市空间中人与环境的联络。运用建筑策划的研讨办法，寻找城市空间中需要处置的疑问，谈论处置疑问的战略。
graduate student of tongji university international urban design course is opened for 15 years, this course focus on ageing urban renewal under the background of subject, the ageing problem in today’s society is the problem of full age, this is also in shanghai region, the country’s highest level of aging in hongkou district to urban renewal design.
to establish shanghai cultural brand, hongkou district is planning to set haishang yuan (original shanghai) in shanyin historic district. from the sociology perspective, combining with sociological analysis and social research, to understand the urban space and the relationship between people and environments. using architecture programming tools, to find the problems that need to be solved in urban space, and the strategy to solve the problem.
